We’re back from Minneapolis. Both Danielle and Ben represented Octane well and held their own against some of the best baristas in the world. Congratulations to Kyle Glanville of Intelligentsia Coffee Los Angeles. He took home the top prize and will be a great ambassador for all of the baristas in the US. Best of luck in Copenhagen!

Team Octane will be back on the road next week to attend the Specialty Coffee Association of America conference and Team Ben and Team Danielle will be competing amongst some of the best baristas in the world in the USBC. Please wish them luck! They have been working super hard and we are so proud of them!

April 12th: City Wide Bicycle Relay Race, 6pm, Woodruff Park / Spoke
Card Art Show, 8pm @ Octane, featuring work from numerous local
artists. Race afterparty and race awards. Music by Zarlacc + Acidbath
+ Rhythm & Booze.
April 13th: Atlanta Pecha Kucha, 8:20pm. An evening of 20 slides at 20
seconds each. Each speaker has 6 minutes 40 seconds to share a slide
show. Octane presents: Coffee In Reverse, and will trace a cup of
coffee to origin in Rwanda.
April 14th: Rwandan Coffee Cupping, 7pm. Featuring Counter Culture’s
Rwandan coffees. Lorrie L. King with Just Cause, Inc. presents,
Genocide: A Framework for Understanding.
